The Garden Street Way is a mindset of total value-creation achieved through enduring and resonating intellectual, societal and capital growth.  The essence of this firm is realized through an applied methodology of knowledge design and knowledge creation which allows our member-students a recognition and realization of unique personal interests, ambitions and aspirations.  When combined with their own unique intellectual skill-set these yield a path to greater personal enrichment, self-actualization and a professional existence which is idiosyncractic, accomplished and simultaneously enhances the quality of life for fellow inhabitants of our global commonwealth.  This is realized through the promotion of such standards and ideals as egalitarianism, democracy, free trade, human rights, multilateralism and the preservation and respect of individual liberties.

These objectives are achieved, in part, through the allocation and growth of private capital within the investment partnership side of Garden Street which establishes growth-oriented equity ownership positions in strong, sound and transparent value-creating domestic (U.S.) companies. 

Garden Street is of the mindset that when optimized, the limited liability corporation has dual imperatives: profit-seeking behavior and the creation of public value.  In most circumstances the corporation as an institution will generate adequate social value merely by realizing a profit and staying within the law.  It is our purpose to develop a more dynamic, resonating model which over time maximizes the effective relationship between successful profit-seeking behavior and the constructive social externalities which can result.
