Prerequisites

Garden Street Capital invites college seniors, graduate-level and professional school students who appropriately relate to this institution's mores and philosophy to pursue becoming a partner in our objective through the application process.

Eligibility requirements are such for undergraduates: one should be a rising Senior at a traditional 4-year University, Liberal Arts or Fine Arts college, a Institute of Technology or Polytechnic Institution within the United States.

If the campus is a state-supported institution, it must be either a 4-year land-grant College or University, a 4-year Liberal Arts or Fine Arts College or University and, if applicable, the institution in question must be the flagship* campus of that state.  For the purposes of simplicity, these qualifications include virtually every 4-year College and University, institute of technology and polytechnic institution in the United States that is not a branch or subsidiary campus of a larger institution.

In addition, the undergraduate student must be a resident of their campus or a resident of the municipality in which their campus is located.

Eligibility Requirements For Graduate and Professional Students are as follows:  the applicant's undergraduate degree will have been obtained at one of the above-mentioned institutions and the applicant is currently enrolled in a graduate or professional degree-seeking program affiliated with an above-mentioned institution.

*There are several state University systems that do not deem a specific campus to be a flagship institution, however for the purposes of this process, such a distinction is generally assumed.

Submissions are being accepted at
scholarships@gardenstreetcapital.org in Word or PDF format through July 31, 2010.  Submissions should include the name of the applicant's hometown, the name of their undergraduate degree-granting institution and post-graduate institution (if applicable).
